As of March 1st, 2003 all online retailers of tobacco related products must utilize a third party age verification service to verify customers age at time of account set-up. This is mandated by the bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms (ATF).

This means that all the other hookah sites are performing the same verification.

All information is processed and transfered on secure servers utilizing 128 bit encryption.

This verification process is only performed when a new account is set up. Return customers do not go through this process.
