International Shipping is handled by the United States Postal Service. Current rates can be viewed at www.usps.com. All international purchases will ship air parcel with insurance included. Some countries prohibit the importation of tobacco products and tobacco pipes. It is the customer's responsibility to know the import/export laws of the country to which they wish us to ship. If we determine that it is unlawful to ship tobacco products to a particular country, hookahshisha.com will not ship the order. The customer will be contacted and a refund of the purchase amount will be issued, minus any fees that hookahshisha.com may incur from the original sales transaction and refund transaction.

US Domestic Shipping is handled by UPS. Purchases are shipped within 24hrs after we receive the order. All orders shipped via UPS are insured up to $100.00 and a tracking number is sent to customer by email. As we can not guarantee the exact date of delivery, we have determined that most packages will arrive within 5-7 business days.

Return Policy
You may return an item for a full refund within 30 days of the shipment date. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. To quickly process your return you will need to email returns@hookahshisha.com prior to returning the items. All returned goods must be sealed, unused and in original packaging. You may want to insure your return; we cannot be responsible for lost or misdirected returns. If you paid by credit card, a credit will be issued and will appear on your billing statement.

All merchandise must be in UNUSED condition
Items returned within 30 days will be credited the full purchase amount.

Customer Error
All merchandise must be in UNUSED condition
Customer must return items in original packaging within 30 days.
Credit for purchase amount will be refunded minus original shipping fees.

General Return Policy Notes
Customer requesting a return must contact us within 30 days.
